    Introduction 2-1 Introduction CineRAID Home CR-H458 supports maximum 4 SATA HDD with RAID & JBOD functions, and the latest USB 3.0 technology, the data transfer rate up to 5Gb/s; eSATA data transfer rate up to 3Gb/s. It is desirable to be able to use all the disks as if they were one single volume (cf. # P.16). There are 7 RAID modes for max 4 hard disks - the RAID 0, 1, 3, 5, 10 and JBOD which can combine 4 drives into one larger logical volume for the data safety.
