The mobile device is required to have the pdCUE runtime software installed (supplied in the pdCUE software package). The pdCUE is suitable as the sole control panel in a system, or an additional control panel to a system. The pdCUE has excellent applications in commercial, educational, and residential systems. -

4. Software Installation 4.1. Installation of pdCUE Manager Before installing pdCUE Manager, ensure that Microsoft ActiveSync 3.8 synchronization software is already installed on your computer. Run the installation file on your computer and confirm the default options. After successful installation, the pdCUE Manager program will be displayed. -

REGARDING THE SOFTWARE. License Grant: CUE grants to You, as an individual, a license to install and use one (1) copy of the Software on a single computer at a time; provided, however, that You may make copies of the Software solely for Your development of applications for CUE hardware and demonstration versions of such applications. -
Page 14: Warranty Conditions
CUE, a.s. provides warranty for all CUE products for a period of 3 years from the day of purchase. The provided warranty for touch screens is 2 years from the day of purchase. CUE accepts reclamation of the unit if 5 or more pixels do not work properly (2 pixels that touch count as 1 pixel). -
