8. Just in case: Error handling and
customer service
• If the temperature is too high, this will be shown by the status indicator flashing
red/green every two seconds. Remove the device from the source of heat and put
it somewhere cool until the light stops flashing.
• If the temperature of the device is too low this will also be shown by the indicator
flashing red/green every two seconds. In this case, move the device to a warm place
and wait until the status light stops flashing.
• Using an alternative solar module may lead to too high voltage (> 30 V). The status
indicator will alternately flash red and green every two seconds. If this occurs, please
change the solar panel.
• Before contacting our customer service, please check the links between the
Kalhuohfummi and Maroshi devices, to ensure that the problem does not lie there.
