Preparation and assembly of the door
The machine is originally pre-arranged for assembly
of a door opening from right to left.

a) Door
The dimensions of the door should be:
width 595 to 598 mm
thickness 16 to 22 mm
The height (C) cannot be given, since it depends on
the height of the adjacent furniture, e.g. height of the
kick plate of the kitchen unit.
b) Hinges

cannot be given, since it depends on the adjacent
cabinet's dimensions.
The required dimensions are given in the picture
(Fig. C).
The hinges will be fixed to the door by means of self-
tapping screws (Fig. B/2).

This appliance has been
designed to be built into
the kitchen furniture.
The recess should have
the dimensions shown in
the picture (Fig. A).
In this case it is suffi-
cient to screw-in on the

door the two hinges (1)
and the counter-magnet
(5) in the right position
(Fig. B).
To mount the hinges on
the door it is necessary
to drill 2 holes (dia.
35 mm, depth 14 mm) on
the door's inner side.
The distance between
the holes must
416 mm.

c) Mounting the door (Fig. B)
Fix the hinges to the machine by means of M5x8 mm
screws (3).
To compensate for possible uneven thickness of the
door the hinges can be adjusted horizontally.
To align the door perfectly it may sometimes be
necessary to adjust the hinge (1).
To do this unscrew the screw (3), align the door and
then retighten the screw (3).
d) Counter-magnet

Its position must correspond with the magnet (4) on
the appliance (see Fig. D).

by a magnetic closure.
To enable the closure to
operate,
magnet (5) must be
screwed into the door
inner side (steel disk with
rubber ring). See Fig. B.
