Parts: Standard Cab
(1) Roof
(4) 1.75" Mounting Brackets
(4) 1/4" x 1 SS Carriage Bolts
(4) Rubber washers
(4) Zinc Washers
(4) 1/4" Nylock Nuts
18" Adhesive Foam Tape
Parts: Crew Cab
(1) Roof (2 sections)
(7) 1.75" Mounting Brackets (2010 Crew requires only (4) of these brackets)
(3) 1.75" Offset Mounting Brackets and spacers (used for 2010 Crew installation only)
(7) ¼ x 1" SS Carriage Bolts
(7) Rubber washers
(7) Zinc Washers
(7) 1/4" Nylock Nuts
18" Adhesive Foam Tape
Tools Needed:
Ratchet with 7/16" socket
Drill with 1/4" Drill Bit
Pliers or Channel locks
Marker
1. Place Roof Panel on top of UTV Roll cage and center front to back, and left to right. For RANGER CREW roofs,
place rear portion of roof on first and front portion second. Front portion will overlap rear portion.
2. Using Figures 1A and 1B Below (or 1C for Ranger Crew) – place UTV Roof Mounting Brackets on Roof and using a
marker, mark the position of the holes needed for each Roof Mounting bracket. Figure 1A is for Polaris Ranger
2003-2008. Figure 1B is for Polaris Ranger 2009-C. Figure 1C is for Ranger Crew.
3. Note: 2010 Crew roll cage is not level so 3 offset brackets are included to bring the center of the roof up to
level.
