    Pull the Cycle Selector Knob out to complete the cycle. For an extended soak, allow the washer to fill and agitate for a few minutes to dissolve the soaking agent. Then push the Cycle Selector Knob into stop the washer (keep lid closed) and allow to soak for as long as desired.

    Hard water-do you have it? Before you can decide what to do about hard water, you need to know if you have it and, if so, how hard it is. If you live in a municipal area, contact your water company. If you live in a rural area, or in some suburban areas, contact your county agent.
