DO NOT USE the GPS Setup menu without direction from
Technical Support. The PC*MILER Navigator is ready out of the box and
does not require GPS setup. Changing options in GPS Setup without
direction from Technical Support may compromise the PC*MILER
Navigator's ability to receive GPS signals.
POI Display
You may choose which POIs to display on the map and how
you would like them displayed.
• Tap Menu >
• Tap box to choose to show POIs Always, Never, or When
Stopped.
• To see or change which POI categories should be shown on the
map, select Currently Displayed POIs > select specific POI |cat-
egories to display by checking the boxes then tap OK.
• Tap OK to apply the settings and return to the Settings menu.
Turn Warnings
The PC*MILER Navigator will warn you when you are approaching a
turn either at 2 miles, 1 mile, 3/10 of a mile, or at the turn.
• Tap Menu >
• Check the box to choose when you would like to hear
turn warnings.
• You can also choose how many seconds before a turn you
want to be warned. Toggle seconds by tapping
> Settings >
> Settings >
> POI Display.
> Turn Warnings.
