Your MT-3 Machine was shipped in a carton designed to give it maximum protection in normal handling. It was thoroughly inspected before leaving the factory. In case of damage, contact Newco.

    CLEANING AND SANITIZING INSTRUCTIONS: Sanitizing: All food dispensing units should be sanitized periodically. All parts to be sanitized must be cleaned first. To prepare a sanitizing solution: ADD 2 TSP. OF LIQUID CLOROX BLEACH (5.25% CONCENTRATION) TO 1 GALLON OF WATER AT ROOM TEMPERATURE (70°- 90°F).

  • Page 7 Temperature Adjustment: Allows temperature adjustment of the tank from 160 degrees to 190 degrees Release the button after accessing level one settings , push the settings button again. The display will change to tank temperature set point, and can be toggled up and down with the buttons, up (+) or down (-) to the desired tank setpoint with a maximu m temperature of 190 degrees.

    Equipment Calibration Calibration Settings: Used to calibrate water and concentrate dispense rates Level two: To access calibration settings press and hold the button until is shown on the display-continue to hold another 8 seconds, until is shown on the display. Use the buttons, left (+) or right (-) to toggle between H2O calibration choices as shown on the product indicator lights.
