The PiPO Max-M6 3G may not charge or turn on due to the following reasons:
1. Battery is Completely Drained – If the battery level is too low, the tablet may take some time before showing any charging indication. Leave it plugged in for at least 5 hours using the correct charger.
2. Incorrect Charger – The tablet requires a 5V/2A adapter included in the gift box. Using a different charger may not provide enough power.
3. Firmware Upgrade Issue – If a firmware upgrade was interrupted or failed, the system might be unresponsive. Ensure the upgrade was completed properly.
4. Hardware or Connection Issue – Check if the charging cable and adapter are securely connected and not damaged. Try a different compatible cable/adapter.
5. Software or Boot Error – If the tablet was recently upgraded or modified, it may not boot correctly. In such cases, reinstalling the firmware might be necessary.
If none of these steps help, a hardware failure could be the cause.
