Question: My display is dark and the keypad
does not respond. Why not?
Answer: The keypad could be automatically
locked. To check this, unlock your keypad by
pressing M and *.
If you would like to disable the feature, go
to M > Settings > Security > Auto Key Lock, to
disable the auto keypad lock function or
change the timers associated with it. If you
disable this feature, you can still manually
lock and unlock the keypad by pressing M
and *.

Question: Why can't I make a call? I always
see "no signal".
Answer: Make sure the "Band Setting" is set
to Automatic.*
Find it: Press M > Settings > Network
> Band Selection > Automatic
*Band setting is dependent upon Region.

Question: Why does the screen flicker when
I take a picture with my camera?
Answer: You might need to select an
alternative frequency for the Flicker setting.
For example, if the Flicker setting is currently
50Hz, switch to 60Hz, and then try again to
take a picture.
Find it: Press M > Multimedia > Camera > M
> Picture Setup > Flicker
