Play from a Bluetooth device

You can listen to a Bluetooth device through
the unit.
Note
•
Before you connect a Bluetooth device to the unit,
familiarize yourself with the Bluetooth capabilities of
the device.
•
Keep the unit away from other electronic devices that
may cause interference.
•
The effective operation range between the unit and the
paired device is approximately 10 meters (30 feet).
•
Any obstacle between the unit and the device can
reduce the operational range.

Tap SRC repeatedly on the main unit or
press DOCK/BT on the remote control to
select Bluetooth source.

Activate the Bluetooth function on your
Bluetooth device (see the device user
manual).

On your device, search for the devices that
can be paired.
» "PHILIPS DTM5096" is displayed in
your device list.

Select "PHILIPS DTM5096" on your device
for pairing.
» The Bluetooth indicator lights up in
blue.
» The unit beeps twice.
• For some devices, you may need to
input "0000" as the pairing password.

Start music play on your Bluetooth device.

•
If the unit switches from Bluetooth source to other
sources, the connected Bluetooth device disconnects
automatically.
