Your battery has been partially charged at the factory, but you may need to recharge it before you can use your device. You can use any Nokia micro-USB charger (sold separately) or a compatible USB cable to charge your device. - Page 4 If your device draws more power than the portable charger gets from the wall charger or computer, the indicator lights show you the decreasing battery level.
