3. Refer to the inset drawing. If there is a plastic tie holding the Cage Nut (104) in the Right Handrail (1), remove the plastic tie. Pull 4” to 5” of the Wire Harness (21) out of the Right Upright (11). Feed the Wire Harness up through the bracket on the Right Handrail and out of the indicated hole.

HOW TO USE THE UPPER BODY ARMS Upper Body Arms As you exercise on the treadmill, you can hold either the handrails or the upper body arms. The upper body arms are designed to exercise your arms, shoulders, and back for a total body workout.

HOW TO MOVE THE TREADMILL Before moving the treadmill, convert the treadmill to the stor- age position as described on page 10. Make sure that the storage latch is closed fully over the catch. 1. Hold the upper ends of the handrails. Place one foot on the base as shown.
