I have configured my Framechannel
Account Cfg in the Wi-Fi menu, but still cannot
access my Framechannel account in Wi-Fi List.
•
Make sure you have entered the account and
4-digit PIN code correctly.
•
Make sure there is no extra space in the fields.
•
Make sure you have entered the 4-digit PIN
code (not the Framechannel password) in the
"PIN" field.
I have configured Mail Config settings in Account
Cfg in the Wi-Fi menu, but the photo frame still
cannot receive photo emails.
•
The photo frame only fully supports Gmail
(referred to as Google Mail in some
countries/regions) and Yahoo!
•
Make sure you have entered the account and
password correctly.
•
For the "Account" field, some email service
providers require the full email address, while
some require user name only. Refer to the email
server settings in "3.5.2.5
email account" or check with your email service
provider.

When accessing web services in Wi-Fi List, a "No
Wifi connection" message appears on the screen.
Make sure you have connected to a wireless
network. The icon will be displayed on the top
right corner, when Wi-Fi connection is set up and
running.
When accessing web services in Wi-Fi List, a "Login
Fail. Please check your account" message appears
on the screen.
Make sure you have entered correct account
configurations in Account Cfg in the Wi-Fi menu.
When accessing Picasa, Flickr, Framechannel, RSS,
WEB Radio or Email in Wi-Fi List, the screen keeps
showing the progress icon
time, and I cannot use these services.
Check your network status in terms of its stability
and speed with your network service provider. Press
the EXIT button to quit and try again later.
