Seat height
Lever pumping motion
up = seat higher
down = seat lower
Seat inclination
Pull lever, adjust inclination by
shifting body weight. Release lever
and audibly engage seat in position.
Lumbar support
Turn handwheel. Do not lean on
backrest when adjusting.
