TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Cannot control the TV with the
remote control.
No image display and no sound is
produced.
The TV turns off suddenly.
When connecting to the PC,
'No Signal' or 'Invalid Format' is
displayed.

Check the remote control sensor on the product and try again.
