    2. Installation Using the Add New Hardware Wizard The following procedures are step-by-step instructions for installing the Quatech PCD-U adapter under Windows 98 Ò Windows 2000 Ò using the “Add New Hardware” wizard. 1. Turn on the computer and boot up the Windows or Windows 2000 operating system.
