Symptom
I get a blurred image when
uploading my images to my
computer.
My camera hangs up and
all buttons do not work.
I cannot activate my digital
camera by pressing the
Power button.
Camera does not turn on.
Camera suddenly powers
off.
Image is not recorded
when the Shutter button is
pressed.
Camera powers off during
self-timer countdown.
LCD screen image is out
of focus.

Problem
There may be a momentary delay
between pressing the Shutter
button and the actual exposure.
Your camera may be affected by
the electrostatic discharge.
Insufficient battery power or
batteries are missing.
Batteries are not oriented
correctly
Or
Batteries are dead
Auto power off function is
activated.
Or
Batteries are dead.
Camera is turned off
Or
Flash unit is charging.
Or
Memory is full.
Batteries are dead.
Macro Mode being used for
scenery or portraits
Or
Normal focus being used for
macro images.
Solution
Hold your camera steady until you
hear a beep which indicates the
exposure is completed.
Take out the batteries and
disconnect the camera from the
computer for 10 seconds. Insert the
batteries again.
Replace batteries.
Orient batteries correctly
Or
Replace batteries
Turn the camera on.
Or
Replace batteries.
Turn the camera on.
Or
Wait until flash unit charging
finishes.
Or
Delete images you no longer need,
or use another memory card.
Replace batteries.
Use normal focus for scenery and
portraits
Or
Use Macro mode for macro images.
