9.6.4 To connect with your friends
Select a contact, you can communicate with your friend and set privacy
options.
• Show on map Locate the friend's position on the map.
• Chat using Google Send instant messages to the friend.

Send emails to the friend.
• Directions Get directions to this friend's location.
• Hide from Set to hide your location from this friend.

• Share only Set to share locations only at city level, instead of

9.6.5 To control what you share
You can control the information you want to share with your friends.
Press Menu key from maps screen, touch Latitude, touch your own name
and then touch Edit privacy settings.
The following options are available to choose from:
• Location reporting\ Enable Latitude to detect your location
