Most producers would agree that a concrete automation system
is a significant investment, and discarding a working system is
not a financially viable option. But what if there was a way to
"upgrade" an existing batch computer by connecting a new
Windows® based computer to it and still have continued
capitalisation of the previous investment? The ProBatch™
G9Series™ is such an option. By circumventing proprietary
computer hardware, the G9Series™ "taps" into the existing
automation system and transforms an "old" batching unit into a
state of the art Windows® system. In short, the ProBatch™
G9Series™ system is an innovative and low cost effective way

transformation provides a wide range of

Hardware Considerations

Even though a G9Series™ system is a state of the art
Windows® " upgrade ", it cannot surpass the number
of controlled materials allowed by the automation
hardware of the original system. This limitation can be
overcome at a later date by adding a P1Series™ or
IntelliSeries™
completing an entire ProBatch™
installation of the G9Series™ batching system does
not permanently alter the converted batch computer (in
most cases), it can be restored to its original condition
to be sold or installed on another plant
Every system in the ProBatch™ family, including the
G9Series™ P1Series™ and IntelliSeries™
batchWare™ which is our Windows® based batching
software. With batchWare™ , choosing the right
