4. Route all of the RCA cables close together, and away from any power wires. 5. Use high quality connectors that can be found in the Audiobahn Connections catalog. This will minimize signal and power loss. 6.Think before you drill! Be careful not to cut or drill into gas tank, fuel lines, brake or hydraulic lines, vacuum lines, or electrical wiring when working on any vehicle.
Mounting The mounting position of your amplified tube will have a great effect on the sound performance produced. TRUNK MOUNTING Mounting the tube in the trunk provides a good overall performance. PASSENGER COMPARTMENT MOUNTING Mounting the tube in the passenger compartment provides optimum sound, but reduces the area for passenger seating.
Wiring The empty ported flat-bottom bass tube box has a single set of terminals to wire the sub up with. The left terminal is negative (-) and the right side is positive (+) for each set.
Troubleshooting If you start having problems with distorted sound or loss of performance after installing your subs in your empty enclosure, you can follow the instructions below to try and locate what is causing the problem. If you have any distorted sound, loss of performance, or rattling from your subs, check the connections running from your amplifier or other processor to the box.

Dealer look at the product to confirm the source of the problem. Any product found to have a manufacturer defect will be replaced with a new piece of the same or similar model, or repaired at the discretion of Audiobahn. Any product found to have no manufacturer defect will be returned to the sender at their cost.
