BEFORE FIRST USE
•
Carefully unpack the scale from the carton and remove all transit packing and
recycle appropriately
•
Thoroughly wash the measuring bowl in warm soapy water
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
•
Place on a flat firm surface
•
With the measuring bowl in place, the pointer needle should be at 0.0/5kgs.
If this is not the case, simply turn the zero calibration screw beneath the measuring
bowl support to adjust.This adjustment can be made to a maximum of 250g
•
Do not over adjust the zero calibration
•
The scales are now ready for use
•
Gently place food into the measuring bowl. Food dropped roughly may
unbalance the weighing mechanism
CLEANING
•
Wash the bowl with warm soapy water
•
The bowl is dishwasher safe
•
The exterior of the scales can be wiped over with a damp cloth
•
Do not immerse scales in water
•
Always handle the scales using the body. Do not lift using the bowl holding arms
