DAMAGE DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACCIDENT, MISUSE, ABUSE, NEGLIGENCE, MODIFICATION, UNSUITABLE ENVIRON-
MENT OR IMPROPER MAINTENANCE. THE SOLE OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY OF FRANKLIN, AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE
