Clean the cooking pan and accessories in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Removable lid (1) : to put out the lid, remove the water collector (fig. 1), open the lid (fig. 2), put it
in verticaly position (fig. 3), press the fixing lid (fig. 4) and pull out the lid (fig. 5). To install the lid,
follow the step in the other side.

Steam flowing valve : unscrew the steam valve (6) and clean it . After each use, remove and
clean the valve. Keep it in dry environment and reinstall it for the next using.
• Measure the desired rice quantity with the measuring cup. The pan graduations are indicating :
- left scale : the measure unit is litre, intended for any liquid
- right scale : the measure unit is "cup", intended for rice.
• Place the pan inside the appliance. Be sure to wipe dry the outside of the pan, particulary the
bottom of it.
• Put the rice and water quantity desired. Shut the lid.
• Plug the appliance and press the "On" button. Cooking is starting. The cooking light indicator is
on.
• After cooking time, the "keep warm" function starts automatically and the light indicator is on.
• To stop the appliance, unplug the rice cooker.
• Let the lid closed for 15 minutes after cooking.
• Mix rice with the rice scoop. Caution : never use metal ustensils which may damage pan
surface.
• After using, always unplug the appliance. Remove and clean water collector and steam flowing
valve after each use.
