    BATTERY CHARGING • Plug the charger connector into the battery • Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet. The power indicator lights Notes: - If power flow to the wall outlet is controlled by a switch, make sure the switch is “ON”. - Use the charger only in a wall outlet.
  • Page 9 • Fit the front bumper to the vehicle. • Insert six #8 x " screws into the front bumper and tighten. L6349pr-0921 ASSEMBLY Front Bumper • Slide a " washer onto a front axle. • Fit a bushing, flat side first, onto the front axle. Hint: There is a right and left front wheel.

    • Fit a "-16 lock nut, rounded side out, onto the front axle. IMPORTANT! Tighten the lock nut firmly with the closed end of the assembly tool. • Test to be sure the front wheel moves freely on the front axle. Turn the front wheel.

    Dash Assembly Dash Connectors Motor Harness Connector • Position the motor harness connector toward the front of the vehicle. • Place the dash assembly upside down on top of the front end of the vehicle. • Plug the dash connector from the vehicle into the dash connector on the dash assembly.
  • Page 12 DASH VIEW • Before applying the labels, wipe the surface of the vehicle with a clean, dry cloth to remove any dust or oils. • Place the labels as shown in the illustration. For best results, avoid repositioning a label once it has been applied to the vehicle.

    Hood FRONT VIEW • Fit the long tabs on the hood into the slots in the front end of the vehicle. • Pull the hood forward and lower. Note: The hood is held down by magnets. Simply lift to open the hood.

    BATTERY INSTALLATION IMPORTANT! Use only a Power Wheels rechargeable battery. Use of any other battery will damage your vehicle. Make sure that you charge the battery for at least 18 hours using the enclosed Power Wheels charger before operating your vehicle for the first time. Charge the battery for at least 14 hours after each use of the vehicle.

    BATTERY CARE AND DISPOSAL Care If a battery leak develops, avoid contact with the leaking acid and place the damaged battery in a plastic bag. See information below for proper disposal.
