Alerts
Your phone gives audible alerts (beeps) at a specified
time to inform you that certain things have happened.
The alerts only occur in your earpiece so the other party
does not hear them.
The available alerts are:
Minute Beep: With this menu option set to On, the
phone sounds an alert 10 seconds before
each elapsed minute to remind you of
the length of the current call.
Service Area: With this menu option set to On, the
phone sounds an alert when you exit
service area or when you return to a
service area.
Connect: With this menu option set to On, the phone
sounds the connect tone when your call is
connected to the system.
Disconnect: With this menu option set to On, the
phone sounds the disconnect tone when a
call is disconnected.
Fade: With this menu option set to On, the phone
sounds an alert when a dropped call occurs
during conversation in response to a signal fade.
Power On/Off: With this menu option set to On, the
phone sounds an alert when your phone
switched on and off.

Backlight
You have several options for setting how the LCD
backlight operates. Remember that backlight use drains
your battery faster.
The following options are available:
