    Rinse with clean water and dry with a clean cloth. The EFW800 is a full size 12” x 20” (305mm x 508mm) capacity fondant warmer. It is designed to maintain fondant temperature at 115 °F (46 °C). To achieve this, the appliance heats a water bath slightly higher than the required fondant temperature.
