This simple to use guide will help you set-up your phone and begin using the system in a matter of minutes. This
guide will provide all the basic system functions and responses. For more system and response details please refer
to your VoiceCom 1000™ Owners Manual. Please familiarize yourself with the button layout on the LCD display
before proceeding to Step 1. NOTE: You will also need the Owners Manual of your cell phone during the
device pairing process.
SYSTEM ACTIVATION
(A)
STEP 1 – PAIRING YOUR CELL PHONE TO THE VoiceCom 1000™
1. Press (B) and
Paired Devices
2. Press (B) and
Add Device
3. Press (B) and
ROSEN
4. Press (B) to select the Hands-Free profile NOTE: make sure your cell phone support this profile
5. The LCD display will now show this
6. The remainder of the steps will be performed using your cell phone. Refer to your cell phones
Owners Manual for the Set-Up steps necessary to pair your phone with the VoiceCom 1000™
system.
STEP 2 – STORING PHONE NUMBERS AND NAME TAGS
The VoiceCom 1000™ easily store up to 30 phone numbers and name tags in one of two ways. NOTE: Do this
only while the vehicle is stopped and you have minimal internal or external noise.
STORING NAMES USING VOICE COMMANDS
1. Press button (A)
2. Say
"Store
Name" and the system responds with
3. Say the name tag of the person you want to store. Example:
The Name"
4. Say the name again. Example: "Bob", if the system has validated the name it will say
Please". NOTE: If it did not recognize your second repetition of the voice tag the system will say
"Input Is Too
Different" and you will have to say the name again.
5. Say the entire phone number
will repeat the numbers back to you "9-5-1-5-5-5-1-2-1-2"
6. If the phone number repeated back to you is correct say "Store" and the system will say
Is
Stored"
