If the heater is used with a loose or worn AC outlet, this poor connection may cause overheating and distortion of the plug.
If the plug is distorted, we suggest you contact the Presto Consumer Service Department.

When contacting the Consumer Service Department, please indicate the model number and the series code for the heater.
These numbers can be found on the bottom side of the plastic base.

Any maintenance required for this product, other than normal household care and cleaning, should be performed by our
Factory Service Department. Be sure to indicate date of purchase and a description of problem when sending an appliance
