approved toBS1362 ofthe same rating must beused.
Never use the plug w ith the fuse c over omitted ifthe cover isdetachable.
Ifareplacement fuse c over isrequired, itmust beofthe same colour as the pin face o fthe plug.
Replacement covers are available from your dealer.
Ifthe fitted p lug i snot s uitable forthe power points inyour house orthe cable i snot l ong
enough toreach apower point, you should obtain asuitable safety approved extension lead o r
consult your dealer forassistance.
However, ifthere i snoalternative tocutting off t he plug, remove the fuse a nd then safely
dispose ofthe plug.
Do NOT c onnect the plug t oamains socket as there i sarisk o fshock hazard from the bared
flexible cord.
IMPORTANT
The w ires inthe mains lead a re coloured inaccordance with the following code:
BLUE =NEUTRAL BROWN =LIVE
As these colours may n ot c orrespond tothe coloured markings identifying the terminals inyour
plug, proceed as follows:
The w ire c oloured BLUE m ust beconnected tothe terminal marqueed with the letter Nor
coloured BLUE orBLACK.
The w ire c oloured BROWN must be connected tothe terminal marqueed with the letter Lor
coloured BROWN orRED.

Do not connect either wire to the earth terminal marqueed with the letter E or the earth symbol, _, or
coloured GREEN or GREEN and YELLOW,
