TROUBLESHOOTING

Frequent issues
• The sound and image are not synchronised through
the A/V IN
• Can not adjust the level of quality of the DVB-T
recording
• I have a "sorry firmware can´t work.." error message
after updating the firmware.
• Unable to copy data on the Movie Cube from My
MacOS
• Can not setup the last firmware release (v.4674/
v.4681/v.5215)
• BitTorrent function is not working
• The remote control doesn't work anymore
The Movie Cube doesn't respond to the remote
control

original

Solution

Download the latest firmware

No issue, the DVB-T is always recorded in the best
quality

Unit is defective, send to your repair center

Use a software (like NTFS-3G) allowing to write
on NTFS partitions

Check that bootloader version is updated in
latest version 1026

