Assign functions (operation shortcuts) to the SET button when it is toggled
up, down, left or right when the Recording Screen is displayed.
Select "SHORTCUTS", and
press the SET button.
(_ : Assign the function when the
SET button is toggled up.
(_ : Assign the function when the
SET button is toggled down.
,_ : Assign the function when the
SET button is toggled to the
left.
_ : Assign the function when the
SET button is toggled to the
right.
RECOMMENDED SETTINGS:
The most commonly used
settings are automatically
assigned.

Select the SET button operation to which you wish to assign the
function, and press the SET button.
• The screen to assign a function to the key appears.
OFF: No operation shortcut is assigned to the key.
AF LOCK: Lock the focus (page 76).
[_ AE LOCK: Lock the exposure setting (page 76).
FOCUS: Set the focus range (pages 72 and 104). (This operation
shortcut can be assigned only to the ('_ or C-) key.)
[_ FLASH: Set the flash operation (pages 56, 60 and 77).
EXP COMPENSATION: Adjust the exposure (page 112).
[]_] ISO: Set the ISO sensitivity (pages 62 and 106).
SELF-TIMER: Set the self-timer (pages 60 and 102).
EXPOSURE: Set the exposure value for the exposure setting
(pages 64 and 108)
DISR ON/OFF: Turn the shooting settings display on/off.
SEQUENTIAL: Set the image size for single shots and sequential
shots.
