eSwitch the video input mode on the television to suit the type of connection you have

Press [ACTION] or [MENU] to display the initial settings screen.
Use the cursor jockey [,, V] to select "5 TV Aspect" and press [ENTER].
Use the cursor jockey [A, Y] to select the TV aspect and press [ENTER].

Select when a conventional television is connected.

Select when a wide-screen television is connected or when the unit's LCD is used.

Select "16:9" when using the unit's LCD without connecting a TV set.
Ensure "7 Speaker Setting" is set to "2-channel" (=b page 38).
