During playback, press the FWDI_I_ button or the REV_I_I
button on the remote control (or pressthe SEARCH buttons
on the DVD Player).
• On a DVD, pressingthe FWDIH_ or REV<I_I button repeatedly
will forward or reverse the picture at twice, eight times, or 32
times the normal playbackspeed.Sound will be muted during
searching.
• Use the FWD IH_ button for a forward search.Pressthe
REV_I_I button for a reverse search.

• On anAudio CD, you may search forward or backward at 16
times the normal playbackspeed (_I_IXI 6 or _ X 16).Pressing
the FWD IH_ or REV_I<I button repeatedly will not affect the
speed of the search.Sound will be intermittent during searching
on an Audio CD.
• Use the FWD IH_ button for a forward search.Pressthe
REV_I<I button for a reverse search.
Press the REV << button during Audio CD playback.
