Cable- compatible models will tune in most nonscrambled cable channels without the need for an external converter box. Scrambled pay-TV services may require an additional descrambling box. - Page 8 TV OPERATION 1. TURN ON THE TV Press the POWER button on the control panel of the TV SET or Remote Control to turn the set on. A channel number will appear for about 10 seconds. Press it again to turn the TV off. NOTE : If you turn the TV off in the VIDEO mode, the TV will turn on in the VIDEO mode.

Press the PICTURE button continuously until the desired control is displayed. Adjust the selected control level by pressing the VOLUME +(UP)/-(DOWN) buttons.
