Careand cleaning of the range.
Oven Shelves
NOTE. W e do notrecommendleavingthe
shelvesin the oven duringa self-cleaning
cycle, Theovenshelvesmay be cleaned
in the self-cleaningoven,However,the
shelveswill darkenin color, losetheir
luster and becomehard to slideff
cleanedduringthe self-cleaning cycle.
Clean the oven shelves with an abrasive
cleanser
or smel wool. After cleaning,
rinse the shelves with clean water and
d W with a clean cloth.
'lb make the shelves slide more easily,
apply" a small amount of vegetable oil m
a paper towel and wipe the edges of the
oven shelves with the paper towel. Do not
spray with Pare _> or oflmr lubricant sprays.
Storage Drawer Removal
Toremovethedrawer.
To replace the drawer.

Pull the drawer out until it stops.

LiJ[_ the J[i'ontof the drawer until the
sm[_ clear the guides.

Remove the drawer.
[]
Place the drawer
rails on the glfides.
[]
Push the drawer
back until it stops.
[]
Lift the fi'ont of the drawer
and push
back until the stops clear the guides.
[]
Lower the fi'ont of the drawer
and
push back until it closes.

After broiling,remove the broiler pan
from the oven. Do not store a soiled
broiler pan and grid anywhere in
the range,
Broiler Pan & Grid
Donot cleanthebroilerpanor grid in a self-
cleaning oven.
After broiling,
remove
the broiler
pan
from the oven. Remove
the grid from the
pan. Carefully
pour out the grease from
the pan into a proper
containm:
Wash and rinse the broiler
pan and grid
in hot wetter with a soap-filled
or plastic
scouring
pad.
If food has burned on, sprinkle the grid
with detergent while hot and cover with
wet paper towels or a dishcloth. Soaking
the pan will remove burned-on
foods.
Both the broiler pan and grid may be
cleaned with a commercial
oven cleaner.
Both the broiler
pTm and grid can also be
cleaned
in a dishwasher.

Oven Light Replacement
CAUTION: Before replacing your oven
light bulb, disconnect the electrical
power to the range at the main fuse or
circuit breaker panel.
Be sure to let the light cover and bulb
cool completely:
To remove the cover.
[11 Hold a hand under the cover so it
doesn't fall when released. With
lingers of the same hand, firmly
push back the wire cover holder.
Lift off tim coven
Donot remove anyscrewsto remove thecoveg

Replace bulb with a 40-watt
appliance bulb.
Toreplacethe cover.
[]
Place it into groove of the light
receptacle. Pull wire fbrw_ard to
the center of the cover until it
snaps into place.

Connect
electrical
power to the
range.
Oven Heating Elements
Donot cleanthebakeelement o r thebroil
elemenL Anysoil will burnoff whenthe
elements are heated.
'lb clean the oven floor, gently lift
the bake element.
Clean with warm
soapy water.
