The SOFTWARE is not fhult tolerant and is not
designed, manulhctured or intended for use

I;acilities, aircraft navigation or commmfication
systems, air traffic control, direct life support
machines, or weapons systems, in which the l_ilure of
the SOFI'WARE could lead to death, personal injury.
