LiMiTED WARRANTY
SHARP ELECTRONICS CORPORATION warrants to the first consumer purchaser that this Sharp brand Uqu_d Crystal Display product (the "Product"), when
shipped in its odg_nal container, will be free from defective workmanship and materials, and agrees that it will, at its option, either repair the defect or replace the
defective Product or part thereof with a new or remanufacturod equivalent at no charge to the purchaser for parts or labor for the pebed(s) set forth below.
This warranty does not apply to any appearance ffems of the Product or Efthe serial number or model number affixed to the Product has been removed, defaced,
changed, altered or tampered wffh. This warranty does not cover _nst alEat_on or signal reception proMems. Th_s E_mffod warranty will not apply Efthe Product has
been or is being used in a commerdaJ setting or application; tHs warranty _s meant sMely for the non commercial, household use of the Product by consumers in
their home or residence. If you _ntend to or already use this Product for commercial purposes or _n a commerciaJ setting, there are warranties avaElabEe to cover

In order to enforce your rights under tMs Eimffod warranty, you should follow the steps set forth below. You must be aMe to provEde proof of purchase to the servEcer,
which proof must _nclude the date of purchase.

OTHER WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUDED, ALL EXPRESS AND
IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR USE, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE

only for the time pebeds set forth here_n. No other representations or promises made by anyone are permitted. Correction of defects, in the manner and for the
_ebed of time described bere_n, shal_ constitute complete fulf[[ff_ent of a]] _[ab[_ffies and responsib_ffies of Sharp to the purchaser with respect to the Product, and
sbel_ constitute fuji satisfaction of a]_ claims, whether based on contract, negligence, stdct HabiHty or otherwise. Sharp does not warrant nor shah Sharp be _ab_e,
or in any way
responsible, for Products which have been subject to abuse (including, but not Hmgod to, improper voltage), accident, m_suse, negligence, lack of reasonable care,
alteration, modification, tampering, m_suse, improper operation or maff_tenance or any damages or defects _n the Product which were caused by repe_rs or
attempted repairs performed by anyone other than a Sharp autber_zed serv_ce_ Nor shah Sharp be _ab_e or _n any way responsible for any incidental or consequen
tia_ economic or property damage. Some states do not allow Hmits on warranties or on remedies for breach _n certain transactions; in such states, the _m_ts herein
may not apply.

One (1) year parts and labor from the date of purchase.
In order for the Product to be serviced, the Product must be readily avai_aMe to the
sewicer, free and clear of any complex or non standard installation, mounting or other
encumbrance which would unreasonably _nterfere with servicing the Product. The
Servicer will remount the Product after service, provided that such remounting is not into
a complex or non standard _nsta_ation. Any addgiona_ labor and materials required to
remove and/or reinstall a Product above and beyond the foregoing are not covered by th_s
warranty, may resuff _n addgiona_ charges and are the responsibility of the consumer.
Image Retention resuffing from a fixed image being d_sp_ayed for _ong periods of time _s
not covered by this Lff_ffod Wart anty (see Operation Manua_ on how to prevent this).

Servicer w_ll come to your location and if necessary remove the unff for repeir at the
Servicer's facBity and return the set to you once completed. Be sure to have Proof of
Purchase available.
