Check the following before calling for service.
@Is the power cord of the
display connected?
@Is the power indicator
light on?
@Is the power indicator
flickering?
@Do you see an "OUT OF
RANGE" message on
the screen?
@Do you see a "CHECK
SIGNAL CABLE"
message on the
screen?
• Checkand see if the power cord isconnected
properlyto the power outlet.
• Pressthe Power button.
• If the displayis in powersaving mode,try moving
the mouse or pressingany key on the keyboardto
bring up the screen.
• Try to turn on the PC.
This messageappearswhen the signalfrom the
PC (videocard) is out of horizontalor vertical
frequency range ofthe display.See the
'Specifications' s ectionof this manualand
configureyour displayagain.
This messageappearswhen the signalcable
betweenyour PC and your displayis not
connected.Checkthe signalcable and try again.
@Do you see "OSD
LOCKED" when you
push MENU button?
• You can secure the current control settings,
so that they cannot be inadvertently changed.
You can unlock the OSD controls at any time
by pushing the MENU button for several
seconds: the message
"OSD UNLOCKED" will appear.
