Holdingthese two handlestogetherfirmly,grasprecoilstarter handleand pull ropeslowlyuntil resistance is felt, then pull with a rapid,continuous, f ull arm stroke.See Figure14.Keepinga firm grip on the starterhandle,letthe roperewindslowly.Repeatuntil enginecranks.Letthe rope rewindeachtime slowly.
