• After use
Turn off the power and fit the Iens cap on the lens
if you are not going to use the camera for a long time, remove the batteries
OCleaninq the camera

Turn off the camera, I_¢'P.24
Remove the batteries, 1_6"P,18 (If you are using an AC
adapter, unplug the AC adapter from the camera first
before removing the plug from the AC outlet,)
Exterior:
--,,. Wipe gently with a soft ctoth If the camera is very dirty, soak tile ctoth
in mild soapy water and wring welt Wipe the camera with the damp
cloth and then dry it with a dry cloth if you have used the camera at
the beach, use a cIoth soaked in clean water and well wrung
Monitor and viewfinder:
> Wipe gently with a soft cloth.
Lens:
--,'. Blow dust off the lens with a commercially available blower, then
wipe gently with a tens cleaning paper
Card:
--,,. Wipe gently with a soft. dry cloth.
* • Do not use strong solvents such as benzene or alcohol, or
_1/_ chemicaIty treated cloth
Note • Cteaning should be done only after the batteries have been
removed or the AC adapter has been disconnected.
•MoId may form on the lens surface if the lens is left dirty
