Selecting an AF Frame Manually
(when [FlexiZone] is selected)
Turn on the LcD m0ni,orl ....................................................................
Press the I_1 button several times until
l the AF frame turns green.
• Depending on the shooting mode, you can switch
between the following setting options by pressing the
[] button.
P IExp°sure compensation/AF frame

"rv IShutter speed/Exposure compensation/AF frame

AM IAperture value/Exposure compensation/AF frame

M iShutter speed/Aperture value/AF frame
Use the _, ÷, 4- or 4- button to move
the AF frame to the desired position and
press the [] button.
• If you hold down the [] button, the AF frame will
return to the original position (center) (at the same
time, the setting options will switch as shown in the
............................................ abovetab!e! ..............................................
OWhen [Spot AE Point] is selected as the light metering
mode, you can use the selected AF frame as the Spot
AE Point (p. 56).
• It cannot be selected while manual focus (p. 51 ) or
reverse display (Basic Guide p. 7) is being used.
• The position of the AF frame returns to the center once
the power is turned off.
