9. Mount (1) retaining ring onto one end of axle. Using
pliers,snap retaining ring intogroove on axle.
10. Slide wheel onto open end of axle.
11. Slide open end of axle thru cradle left and left leg,
making sure the leg slot lines up with the cradle hole.
Slide all the way through the cradle rightand rightleg.
Light taps with a hammer may be required to fully
insert axle.

12. Slide wheel onto open end of the axle and mount
second retaining ring.

13. Insert the caster stem into the socket of the caster
foot as shown. (Front casters only)
14. Push on the caster until the ball on the caster stem is
inserted all the way intothe socket. You willbe able to
hear the ball snap into the socket and the caster will
swiveleasily when positioningiscorrect.
15. Flip drum upright so as to rest on two casters and two
10" wheels.
