Troubleshooting Problem Resolution Cannot launch Mouse Settings Try re-installing the software CD. * Note you may need to uninstall any previous mouse software on your PC. Make sure the ON / OFF switch is in the ON position. Restart your PC. Batteries may have been consumed (drained). -
