    Assembly CAUTION: Always unplug from electrical outlet before opening the dust cup. NOTE: Dust cup filter must be used when operating the hand vac. Filter Dust Cup 1. To open the dust cup, push release button and pull dust cup away from cleaner. Verify that the dust cup filter is inside, then attach the dust cup to the hand vac.
