The camera will shoot even without pressing the shutter button, when it
detects a smile.
Choose _.
Choose _ in Steps 1 - 2 on p. 54, then
press
DISR
button.
Press the 4_ buttons to choose _, then
press the
DJSR
button.
The camera will enter shooting
preparation, and [Smile Detection on] will
appear.
Each time the camera detects a smile it
will shoot after the lamp lights.
Pressing the v button will pause smile
detection. Press the ,v button again to
resume smile detection.
Smiles are easier to detect if the subject faces the camera, and opens their
mouth enough to show some teeth when smiling.
Press the DISR button, then press Av buttons to choose the number of shots.
Press the DISR button to change the setting.
