Troubleshooting

Even if it appears that something is malfunctioning, it might be quickly fixed with a small operation or
careful attention. Before ordering repairs from a dealer, check the following items.
If the condition does not improve, contact the dealer where the product was purchased.
If you are not sure on how to use the software, refer to the software Operating Instructions (PDF file).

Answer
≥ Check that the power plug is securely inserted all the way to its base
into the electrical outlet.
≥ Check whether the DC plug of the AC adaptor is securely inserted
into the DC IN terminal of the Cable box.
≥ Check that the Camera cable is securely inserted into the Cable box.
≥ If there is no button operation for 5 minutes, the power will
automatically turn off. (Automatic power off)
Time until the power is turned off automatically is different
depending on the status of usage. (P. 13)
≥ Check that the power plug of the TV monitor is securely inserted all
the way to its base into the electrical outlet.
≥ Check that the Video cable is securely inserted into the Cable box and
the TV monitor.
≥ Check that the main screen of Dental@i Viewer is displayed on the
PC.
≥ Check that the USB cable is securely inserted into the Cable box and
the PC.
≥ Check that the Disposable cover is not dirty.
≥ Check that the lens cover glass is not dirty.
≥ Is FOCUS set to Auto focus mode? (P. 14)
≥ When connected to a PC, there is no Playback mode.
≥ The image has not been saved.
≥ In Special mode, the LED light cannot be turned off.
