I have connected all wires and double checked all fuses and the sub won’t turn on

If the Edge EDB12A subwoofer is not turning on after checking all wires and confirming the fuse is intact, possible reasons include:

1. Remote Wire Issue: The REM wire should receive a 12V signal from the car stereo to turn the amplifier on. If the stereo does not have a remote output, a switched 12V source should be used instead.

2. Bad Ground Connection: The GND wire must be securely grounded to a clean, unpainted metal surface in the car. A poor ground can prevent the amplifier from powering on.

3. Faulty Power Supply: Even if the fuse appears fine, verify that the +12V wire is delivering power using a multimeter. Check for loose or corroded connections at the battery terminal.

4. Internal Amplifier Fault: If power is confirmed and the remote signal is working, the built-in ED7200-E1 amplifier may have failed and could require professional repair or replacement.

5. Defective Fuse Holder or Wiring: The fuse holder or wiring may have internal damage preventing proper current flow, even if the fuse itself looks fine.

Checking these points systematically should help identify the issue.
