I can't install drivers for my wireless adapter
Symptoms:

wireless name (SSID) in the network list.
Possible Causes:

Resolutions:
1.
Check with the firewall or antivirus software
company to see if there is an update that
addresses this issue.
2.
Uninstall the driver for the wireless adapter.
3.
Uninstall the firewall software.
4.
Uninstall the antivirus software.
5.
Install the drivers for the wireless adapter first.
6.
Reinstall the firewall and antivirus software.
