The Main menu allows you to do the following:
Allows you to view news updates from your friends, favorite news sites
and other tagged events.
Allows you to read updates that you posted on My Board.
Allows you to add favorite buddies and view your favorite posts.
Allows you to view your buddies in your list and view their profiles.
Allows you to view notifications that are tagged on to your profile.
Allows you to configure your account settings and BuddyBuzz's general
settings.
